Virtual staging pricing.
Most delivered images use one credit. On the photo editing tool, 4K enhancement uses two paid credits. A short video uses six paid credits and an additional view uses one paid credit; neither can use the free image. All prices below are USD; subscription totals are billed upfront for the selected period.

- Free image
- Try one image as a guest after verification. The guest trial is limited to one image per browser. A maximum of one new guest per IP or network can start a trial each UTC day. Sign in with Google to claim one image each UTC day; daily credits expire at 00:00 UTC and do not roll over.
- Watermark
- No watermark on free or paid-plan PNG downloads. This does not replace your listing platform’s disclosure label.
- Credit use
- For eligible requests, the daily free image is used first, then paid credits by expiry. A confirmed failure returns the reserved credits; repeat downloads are free.
- Use in marketing
- Use photos you have permission to process. Review every edit and follow the applicable MLS or listing rules. No automatic MLS approval or guarantee of exclusive rights.

Approximate amounts below are total price divided by the base image allowance, rounded to the nearest cent. They assume all credits are used before expiry; this is not a separate per-image charge.

Active monthly or yearly members get 20% more pack credits, rounded down: 18, 42, 96 instead of 15, 35, 80. Membership is checked on the server at checkout; no membership bonus is assumed in the base-price table.

Before using an edited photo in a listing.
The staging instruction asks to preserve walls, doors, windows, flooring and built-ins, but AI can change details. Compare the original: a generated image is not a measured plan or proof of property condition.
Disclosure rules vary by MLS and location. Some require an on-image label plus the unaltered original; others require listing fields or descriptions. Our PNG export is clean, so you must add any required disclosure. Do not use altered images to hide defects or claim changes that do not exist.
