What this service processes
When you sign in with Google, the service receives the basic profile information needed for your account, including your name and email address. For a guest trial, an HTTP-only browser cookie identifies the trial and a keyed hash of the network address is used for rate limiting; Cloudflare Turnstile checks the request. It also processes room photos, your furniture directions, generated images, credit activity and request records needed to deliver and recover a generation. Upload only images you have permission to use, and remove personal documents or other unnecessary identifying details first.
How images are processed
Photos and instructions are sent to our image-processing and safety service providers to produce and review the edit. The customer workflow currently uses KIE for generation and Sightengine for image safety checks. Cloudflare supplies hosting and object storage. Account and request records are stored in the service database. Signing in uses Google. Stripe handles payment details; the application does not need your full card number.
Page activity
We use Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity and PostHog to understand page visits and interactions. Our analytics code sends page paths and a limited set of action names, not your prompts, uploaded files, email address or payment details. Google Analytics advertising personalization is disabled. Photos, videos and input contents are masked in session recordings. Clarity is excluded from private history, results, downloads, account and payment pages; all page text is masked. De-identified recording summaries may be reviewed with AI. If you use the support chat, Crisp processes your message and the contact details you choose to provide so we can respond.
Access to your results
Personal uploads and generated outputs are retrieved through a signed-in account or, for a guest trial, through the signed browser cookie. A guest result is accessible in that browser after sign-in while its cookie remains available; it is not automatically added to the account history. They are not displayed in a public gallery by this service. The recent-task recovery feature covers six hours and is not a promise of permanent storage or automatic deletion after six hours. Download images you wish to keep. Use “Delete my account” in your account menu to request permanent deletion. The service immediately signs you out, blocks access to your private results and prevents the same email from signing up again. It then removes stored images and personal profile data and cancels known subscriptions. Cleanup continues in the background when a payment reference or storage write still needs confirmation. Limited financial, cost and deletion records are retained to prevent duplicate charges and account recreation, handle accounting and honor deletion on recovery. This does not delete records held independently by Google, Stripe, our processing providers or Crisp. Contact support about those records or any unresolved request.
