Using the room-photo tool
Use the service only with images and instructions you have permission to submit for processing. Do not upload unlawful content, exploitative images, another person’s private documents or requests intended to deceive viewers about a property. You are responsible for the rights to your source photographs and for your use of downloaded results.
AI edits require your review
Generated images are concepts and may contain mistakes or changes to architectural details. The service does not verify measurements, property condition or compliance with listing-platform requirements. Compare each image with the original and label virtual staging where required. Do not present invented furniture, fixtures or concealed defects as a factual representation of the property.
Free images and credits
Signed-in users may claim one free image per UTC day. Free credits expire at 00:00 UTC and do not roll over. Registration adds no separate bonus. The workspace displays the applicable credit cost before submission. A delivered result consumes the reserved credits; a confirmed failure returns them. Where 4K enhancement is offered, it uses two paid credits and cannot use daily free credits. Repeated downloads of the same result do not cost another image credit. For eligible requests, available daily free credits are used before paid credits.
Annual options and purchases
The displayed annual options are Starter $99 for 20 images per month, Agent $179 for 60 and Studio $199 for 120, in USD. The annual fee is charged at the start of each subscription year, credits are added monthly after payment, and unused credits roll over until the end of the subscription year. Plans renew annually unless a future renewal is cancelled. Existing customers retain the terms of their original purchase. Applicable taxes or other checkout charges must be shown at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe; review the total and renewal terms on its checkout page before confirming payment.
Refunds and payment disputes
Contact support about a payment or refund request. When a payment is fully refunded or disputed, unused credits from that purchase become unavailable and its future monthly credit releases stop. Accepted jobs can still finish, and used credits never create a negative balance. If a dispute is resolved in our favor, the affected credits and scheduled releases resume under their original expiry dates, unless the payment has also been fully refunded. Partial refunds do not automatically change credit allowances.
Availability and support
Processing may be delayed or unavailable, and a browser network interruption does not establish that a submitted job failed. Reopen the workspace to recover a recent request rather than submitting duplicates. Contact support@virtualstagingai.studio about a result, credit or account issue.
